Welcome to CPA University! As with all "Universities", we start with Orientation! This is an overview of how the course is structured.

This is a continuation of the previous business lecture, where we'll go into Business set up in some detail.
Time for more homework - Need to think about your business structure as well as how you manage your time.
This might seem a little off-topic, but it's VERY relevant. If you speak more than one language, you need to see this. There are more and more CPA offers NOT in English and you can take advantage of this, if you have other language abilities.
Here, we'll be going over one of the most CRITICAL pieces of the puzzle - your mindset. Also included, are some resources from "The Confidence Gap" (found online) which can help you with confidence. Do take the time to study this material thoroughly.
You'll understand the reasons why some affiliates fail and why others succeed. Contrary to what one might think, the niche you pick has little or nothing to do with it. There are affiliates succeeding and failing in all types of niches, with all types of budgets and different CPA Networks.

In this video, you'll learn about what makes a good CPA offer.
In this continuation of CPA offers, we'll look at some CPA offers and evaluate them as well as their landing pages.
In this action module, you'll begin picking CPA offers, based on the guidelines discussed.
You'll learn the basic strategy of CPA Marketing (direct linking vs. landing page).
You'll be learning more about landing pages and how they should be structured.

Welcome to Module 3! This is where the "rubber meets the road" as they say. You'll get started with Media Buying, which is one of the best ways to promote CPA Offers.
You'll find here a brief post on mindset to help make sure you keep the right mentality moving forward.
In this video, you'll briefly learn more about sales and how it relates to psychology and color.
You'll learn about some more requirements for your success in Media Buying.
You'll learn the details of media buying here and how it works
Time to get started with Ad Networks, which will be how you display your ads (promoting your CPA offers)
You'll learn about creating banner ads, and what important elements to consider.
You'll learn more about media buying and campaign setup, prior to running your first campaigns.
This is the where the fun part starts - running your first campaigns.
You'll learn about split testing, which will help you find the right combination of images, text, ads and offers to find a profitable campaign.
You'll learn about Optimization, which goes hand-in-hand with split testing.
Once you start seeing some stats on your campaigns, you'll need to begin split testing and optimizing.
Now that you've split tested & optimized your campaigns and found some winners, it's time to ramp up and increase the profits!
You'll begin scaling your campaigns and increasing the profits. Keep an eye on your conversion ratios.
You'll learn some more aspects about business, including how to break down your milestones into tasks and assumptions.
You'll begin weaving your own M.A.T. (milestones, assumptions & tasks)
You'll learn about Facebook advertising, which has a great reach and can be very profitable.
You'll begin adapting your campaigns for Facebook and start running them.
Retargeting is a great way to get back in front of your prospects and has already become huge on Facebook.
Time to set up your account with a retargeting platform and begin increasing your conversions.

Welcome to Section/Module 4 - in this section, you'll begin adding Mobile traffic to your arsenal. You should make sure that you've thoroughly understood and implemented the information in section 3.
You'll learn a brief overview of how Mobile Ads work and how to incorporate them into your CPA Marketing strategy.
You'll find requirements for getting started with Mobile Ads. There are a few small differences between traditional CPA and mobile CPA.
You'll learn which CPA Networks are great for Mobile ads and cater almost exclusively to mobile CPA offers.
Time to get your accounts set up with mobile CPA Networks.
A brief video on mobile ads and how they differ from traditional CPA ads.
Time to add mobile ads to your existing campaigns.
You'll learn about major ad networks for Mobile Ads and how to use them.
Time to get your mobile ad campaigns off the ground!
A very brief video here on using Facebook mobile for your mobile ads. Most people are using Facebook from their smartphones - make sure you grab that traffic!
Time to begin adapting your mobile campaigns to Facebook. Keep Facebook's advertising guidelines and policy in mind, so that your ads get approved.
As with the previous section, you'll need to begin split testing, optimizing and scaling your mobile campaigns to improve your ROI.

Welcome to the last section/module - part 5! You should have thoroughly implemented sections 3 & 4 and should be seeing great results there, before moving on this section of the course.
You'll learn about setting direct deals here with Advertisers, and cutting out the middle men (CPA Networks).
I hope this doesn't go over any heads, but you'll find some important things to keep in mind as you begin negotiating with advertisers or other websites.
In this video, you'll learn about Incentive offers and great ways to promote those.
You'll find some great strategies on promoting CPA offers to your list and ways to really expand your profits.
You'll learn about outsourcing, which will be important as your business grows and continues to prosper.
