Building a Brand - How to Build Powerful Business Identity

Robert "Bo" Lockwood is the co-founder of the OneVoicePoll (OVP) Trust Index. The OVP is designed to measure the world's OneVoice regarding trust in our lives, as it is impossible for communities to thrive unless a deep level of trust exists.

Bo co-authored his first book, Regenerating America in 2013. He co-authored his second book in 2014, ESSENCE, A Gateway to eXpansive Living, in collaboration with Reverend Ann Emerson.

Bo is leading the Regenerating America Movement, aimed to unleash the power from within among individuals and enterprises across the United States.

Bo is the founder of Princeton Green, dedicated to building a regenerative economy by developing a new approach to entrepreneurial businesses aligned with Nature.

Previously, Bo was a Partner with The Gallup Poll, responsible for the overall creation, leadership and growth of The Gallup Institute for Campus Engagement (GICE). GICE's mission helps to build student-centric, accountability-driven, and trust-based institutions. Bo facilitated senior management workshops, executive coaching sessions, and strategic brand management engagements with universities, including the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colgate University, Drexel University, and Nova Southeastern University.

Prior to transitioning to his work in higher education, he consulted with corporate giants such as Campbell Soup Company, Johnson & Johnson, The Vanguard Group, YORK International, and Sovereign Bank. Bos expertise resides in building strong brand identity through utilizing objective data for prudent decision-making purposes. Leveraging human psychology he strengthens organizational culture in various critical areas; including brand management, employee engagement, customer engagement, diversity, talent-based selection, and leadership development.

Prior to Gallup, Bo built and sold the largest special events company in Philadelphia, Continental-Lockwood Party Rental. With over 150 employees and 3 major warehouses serving the Philadelphia region, their clients included the Philadelphia Eagles, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Academy of Music, and Sports Illustrated at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games.
