As the business owner, there are concrete things you can do to increase your viral coefficient by influencing the amount of sharing people are doing, and making it easier and more attractive for people who got invited to actually join your site.

And if you answer questions about whatever subject matter you are an expert in, you can build up a big presence in Quora, get recognition, and drive traffic to your website or product.

This is something you can plan for during the very initial stages of your business when you are just writing your business plan. In this part of the course I talk about the ideal tweet length for your tweets. Many people think that the ideal length for tweets is 140 characters which happens to be the upper character limit. But that is wrong. When other people scan their Twitter feeds, they don't fully read all the tweets, but rather scan them. And their eyes naturally land on the tweets that are easiest to read. So if your tweets are shorter than 140 characters, it will become more attractive to people, and they will focus on your tweets more than other tweets and you will get more engagement which will help you get more followers and retweets.

In this part of the course I explain how to use a Wordpress plugin to automate your tweets, and include hashtags in your tweets. If you continuously use certain hashtags in your tweets (especially if those tweets get a good amount of engagement), you will begin to gain a certain authority within those hashtags on Twitter, and Twitter will keep your tweets up there longer than other tweets. This will get you much more visibility and more people discovering your account and ultimately finding your business this way.
