Most hosting companies have Cpanel. However, if your Cpanel doesn't look like the one in the video, your hosting provider should have a section to install Joomla which is all you need.

The setting are personalized based on your needs. Some fields may or may not need need to be enabled. In the beginnining, I would recommend you leave most of the fields set by default until you get more familiar or comfortable with the system, then you can tweak it as needed.
Custom fields are optional since the most important information you need from people are just their names and emails. So if you want additional fields, you can create them as well.
Setting default message is a recommended because after someone subscribes to your newsletter, it's a good idea to do an automated follow up. This could be welcoming them, giving them additional material, etc.
When you create your default messages, it will save you time from having to email each new susbscriber. A great time saver.

By adding the frontend module, it allows you to capture leads which will be automatically imported to your designated list.

Copy and paste the html code to the page or place you want the form to show. There are only three sections to edit on the form as explained in the video. So please, make sure that edit ONLY those areas. If you accidentally edit, add or delete something else, the form will not work properly.
