As well as publishing books on Amazon, whether physical or Kindle versions, you should have an Author Page. That way, people can read about you and see what you've published from one location. You can add photos and videos, publicize any events you'll be speaking at or attending, and pull in your most recent Twitter comments and blog posts. Your fans can also sign up to be notified when you release a new book.
I like to organize my email and get my inbox cleared in the quickest way possible, so I use folders to help me do that until I have more time to spend.

I like to use mindmaps when I plan out a project and planning for my upcoming webinar is no exception. Mindmaps help with brainstorming and getting ideas out of your head and on to paper (or the computer).
One of the things that can set your LinkedIn profile apart is to add videos that show your expertise.
